Who is Scale Ready for?

Canadian founders building impact-driven companies, from pre-revenue to scaling. You don’t need to have impact all figured out: Build is open to founders who are committed to, or curious about, impact.

How does Scale Ready work?

It’s fully virtual and runs in cohorts that start several times a year. Build combines live workshops with on-demand modules, and Elevate brings you into small-group roundtables with 1:1 coaching. Not sure where you fit? Book a call and we’ll walk you through it.

What does it cost?

Build is free, and subsidies are available for the other stages, so cost shouldn’t stop you from getting started. We’ll walk you through the details for your stage on a call.

What's the difference between Build, Elevate, and Grow?

Scale Ready is a pathway with three stages, so you can start wherever you are:

Build is for founders new to fundraising.
Elevate is for founders getting ready to raise or already raising.
Grow is for founders with revenue who are ready to scale.

What if my company doesn't have revenue yet?

That’s exactly who Build is for. Pre-revenue and early-revenue founders with early traction signals are welcome to start there.

I already have revenue and traction, is this still for me?

Yes, that’s Grow. It’s built for founders who already have real revenue traction and reasonable product-market fit, where growth is the goal and fundraising is secondary.

What is Spring?

Spring provides the tools, knowledge, network, and mentorship to accelerate and amplify the activities of purpose-driven business leaders. Our purpose is to make impact mainstream. Scale Ready is Spring’s founder pathway, funded in part by the Government of Canada.

What happens after I book a call?

A short, real conversation, not a sales pitch. We’ll look at your company’s stage, materials, investor experience, and growth constraints, and recommend the right stage for where you’re at.
